One of my best practice tools

I wanted to take a minute to share with you one of the best practice tools that I bring to Citrix engagements.  I know in all the years of working with Citrix and Terminal Services that printing has always been a major pain in the you know what.  The tool that I always make sure I introduce into every engagement is triCerat’s Screwdrivers.  I’ve been using this since my days at HP so I’ve known these guys for some time and can tell you that they made life a lot easier for my clients.
