Citrix Best Practices: Moving from Application Deployment to Application Delivery

I was digging through some old Forrester documents in my archives to start my next post on some best practice documents on getting from Application Deployment to Application Delivery.  As I was getting ready to post, I see that my buddy Rich Crusco beat me to the punch (http://community.citrix.com/display/~richcr/2008/04/30/Citrix%20Best%20Practices%20for%20the%20Transition%20to%20Application%20Delivery ).
